However, we recognize that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures for order cancellations to ensure transparency and ease. 

Throughout this document, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to  Zyberic Solutions Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “users” refer to our valued customers. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms outlined below. We recommend reviewing this policy carefully before submitting any cancellation request. 

When Can You Cancel Your Order? 

We strive to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible. An order is generally eligible for cancellation if it has not yet been processed or dispatched from our facility. 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been shipped—whichever comes first. Requests made during the processing stage will be reviewed based on the order status and timing. 

To check if your order qualifies for cancellation, please log in to your account dashboard or contact our customer support team via email. 

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. In such cases, our team will assist you with alternative options such as returns or exchanges, where applicable. 

Cancellation Timeframe 

Cancellations are only permitted while the order is still in the processing stage. Once the order status has been updated to "shipped," we are unable to accept any cancellation requests. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may initiate a return request after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modifications 

At this time, we are unable to modify items or shipping addresses once an order has been placed. If you need to update any details, you may cancel the order—provided it is eligible for cancellation—and place a new order with the correct information.
