  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the returned product. 
  • Products should be returned in the same clean and undamaged state as they were received. 
  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe. 
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements or are requested outside the eligible window may not be accepted. 

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide Supporting Evidence 
If applicable, attach clear photographs of the item to highlight any defects, damages, or issues related to your order.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return shipping address along with detailed instructions to complete the return process.

Refund Process and Timeline 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will perform a detailed inspection to ensure it meets the criteria outlined in our Return Policy. You will be informed of the outcome, indicating whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed. 

Partial Refunds 

In some instances, a partial refund may be granted if the returned item exhibits minor damage or is missing certain components, thereby not fully meeting our return policy requirements. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
